Now we're going to add an eight-point garbage matte. The purpose of the garbage matte is to allow us to remove, or mask out, the areas of the image that fall outside of our green background, that we don't want to show up in our final composite. The eight-point garbage matte lets us set 8, distinct points that will form a rough outline around our subject area.
