We'll start by opening the foreground video. The foreground video is the one that has the green background. We call it the foreground, because it will be composited on top of a new background, with the new background replacing the green areas. Once you have the foreground video open, select the File menu and locate Export, or hold down the Apple (command) key and press the E key.
